A BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER POSSIBLE USE OF STATE OF OREGON REVENUE SHARING FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021.
Notice is hereby given in compliance with ORS 294.401 that the Budget Committee meeting of the City of Prineville will be held on Tuesday, June 16 at 5:30 P.M. telephonically. The Budget Committee will also consider possible uses of State of Oregon Revenue Sharing Funds and will afford the citizens of The City of Prineville an opportunity to provide written and/or oral comments in regard to the use of these funds. The hearing will be held telephonically at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th day of June, 2020. Citizens are encouraged to participate in the public hearing by calling 346-248-7799 Meeting ID 947 5839 2608 at the time of the meeting Anyone wishing to present written testimony on this proposed action may do so in writing prior to the Public Hearing, by submitting comments to City Hall, ATTN: Lisa Morgan, 387 NE Third Street, Prineville, Oregon or by email at cityhall@cityofprineville.com. All written comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 16, 2020 and include your name and address for the record.
